Cellular technology international, inc. Is a supplier of specialty additive chemicals to the cellular plastics industry, principally to the polyurethane market. We employee 15 people at a 3,200 square foot production facility and 8,000 square foot office/laboratory/warehousing complex in kennesaw (northwest atlanta), ga. Our chemical additives are used in the production of flexible, rigid and elastomeric polyurethanes, which find application in such end-use markets as furniture and bedding, carpet underlay, and thermal insulation, and we are the holders of several patents on antistatic additives for electronics packaging.
We act as u. S. Distributors for several multinational chemical manufacturers such as solvay fluorides (hannover, germany) and schill+seilacher (hamburg, germany).
Cellular technology international serves the e. U. And eastern european markets through our wholly owned subsidiary cellular technology europe ltd. (birmingham, u. K. ), and via cellchem international, llc (atlanta, ga), our 50% owned joint venture for commodity chemical trading.
